Stampin' Up! Brightly Gleaming Congratulations Card for Kylie's International Blog Highlights November 2019

Welcome to my blog, Jess B Creative "Card"-iology!  Thank you for visiting today as I join Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world in playing along with our friend Kylie's International Blog Highlight to share cards that showcase the theme of Encouragement.  

I used Kylie's "Love It, Chop It" method to design this card - cutting my designer series paper to 3 3/4 x 5, matting it on a layer of 4 x 5 1/4, and adhering it to a 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 card base.  I needed a Congratulations card to recognize one of my Creative Cardiolgy team members who recently promoted to the title of Bronze Elite.  Even though Stampin' Up! doesn't have any Bronze items - we do have Copper, and I love the Copper Foil element in this Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper!

The Pretty Peacock Reversible Ribbon has a really fun shimmer to it so I thought that using it to make a pretty bow would be the perfect finishing touch!
