Waterfall Canyon Norwegian Fjords Card for the Stampin' Up! Trip Achievers September 2022 Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin' Up! Trip Achiever's August 2022 Blog Hop!  Thank you for visiting my blog www.jessbcreativecardiology.com.  I'm excited to share the new Waterfall Canyon Bundle with you (part of the Perfect Partners collection available during the month of September 2022) in honor of my earning* the Stampin' Up! 2023 Incentive Trip cruise to Norway!
Many, many thanks to my wonderful customers and Creative Cardiology Team who have helped me earn this amazing reward!
Many of the photos I've seen of Norway include bright colorful little houses set against a backdrop of lush greenery and deep blue fjords so I set out to re-create that imagery in my card design.
The little houses are from the Ringed with Nature stamp set.  I stamped them in Starry Sky & Sweet Sorbet with Soft Suede roofs then fussy cut them.
The sentiment is from the Cottage Rose stamp set.  To say that David and I are excited to go on this trip is an understatement!  This will be the first incentive trip has held "in person" in over 2 years, and I just know 'It's Going To Be Fab"!
The elements of this card - though busy - are actually quite simple.  I used a Tahitian Tide 4 1/4" x 11" card base, a contrasting layer of Crumb Cake 4" x 5 1/4", and stamped/placed all my elements on a layer of Basic White 3 3/4" x 5".  I did use an extra piece of Basic White to stamp and die cut the waterfall, stitched circle, and little houses.  Please view my video tutorial at https://youtu.be/_s6kH2Y0cyE to see how it all came together!

Thank you for visiting our Stampin' Up!
