Stampin' Up! Lots to Remember for the Creative Cardiology Team December 2020 Farewell Favorites Blog Hop
Welcome to our Creative Card-iology Team December Blog Hop! This month we're sharing projects using some of our favorite retiring products from the Stampin' Up! August - December 2020 Mini Catalog.
The card I've made uses two items I'm really going to miss - the Lots to Celebrate stamp set and the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper. Both of these items are extremely versatile and great for crafting projects year-round. The Lots to Celebrate stamp set was designed by my friend & Stampin' Up! Million Dollar Sales Achiever Susie Wood, and coordinates with the Jar Punch too! So in a way - its a bit of a keepsake. The next time we see each other I'll have to get her to autograph my stamp case!
I love the soft country look the Seaside Spray Scalloped Linen Ribbon adds to the card. I'm sure you know several people who could use a jar of hearts - tiny little hugs!
First I stamped the jar, the hearts, and the little dotted lines images then punched them out. Then I stamped the fabric ruffle and lid images and fussy cut them out. I adhered the fabric ruffle to the jar with Mini Glue dots then added the lid on top with Mini Dimensionals. The Braided Linen Trim is adhered to the lid of the jar with Mini Glue Dots. Once the decorated jar was complete I adhered it to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Dimensions:
Card Base - Melon Mambo 5-1/2" x 8-1/2"
Layer 1 - Seaside Spray 4" x 5-1/4"
Layer 2 - Plaid Tidings DSP 2" x 5"
Whisper White 2" x 3" for jar, fabric ruffle, and lid
