Stampin' Up! Daisy Garden Card for the Summertime Florals Stamper's Showcase June 2021 Blog Hop
Welcome to the June 2021 Stamper's Showcase Blog Hop! This month we're sharing projects inspired by "Summertime Florals." In upstate NY some of the most prolific summertime florals are Daisies, Brown/Black-eyed Susans, and Blue Chicory - so I decided the new Daisy Garden background stamp would be the perfect image to use for my card!
I stamped my Daisy Garden background onto a layer of Crumb Cake cardstock using Early Espresso ink, then colored the images with my Watercolor Pencils, and then used the Blender Pens to give them a more painted look. The Bumblebee Trinkets add the perfect finishing touch!
Measurements:
Card Base - Crumb Cake Cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"; score at 4 1/4" and fold.
Bumblebee Cardstock 4" x 5 1/4" & scrap for scalloped oval punch
Crumb Cake Cardstock 3 3/4" x 5"
Basic White Cardstock - scrap for oval punch
Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon - 6" & 4"
